| Description | This series of monthly seminars is designed to keep the service technicians up-to-date on current issues. During each 60 minute "news magazine" broadcast, current service bulletins and warranty issues will be highlighted for technician awareness. Each seminar will feature a major service topic, supported by a call-in session and panel discussion with engineering and service experts. A secondary service topic will be examined in a similar manner. Additionally, individual seminars will either present a look at future technology or review a basic element of automotive service accenting the procedures that are "tried and true". |
